Updated rules

Québec, Canada - A new rule has been added at Worldvision. It's about the country each player has.

The added rule is under Section 1 - Choose your country. It tells:

d. After you chose a country you need to keep it for 3 editions at least.

So, it won't be possible to do like the player of Finland at WSC 3, who changed to Luxembourg after a bad result, and won WSC 4. You all, now, must keep your current country for at least 3 editions. If you already played since past editions, they count for these 3. If not (new players), you will be able to change your country for WSC 9.
