WSC 5 - A dream or a disaster?

Luxembourg City, Luxembourg -  We can see this edition in many ways. Each country had chances to win but only one reached 1st place - Canada.
Country by Country - Let's see how WSC 5 contribute in a good or in a bad way for the statistics.
Let's start with Albania and Belgium:

Albania - This country is one of the four which ever participate in this contest. Unfortunately this delegation didn't reach more than the 9th place, a modest result reached with the singer Zajmina who achieved 53 pts on our first edition.
Since Ediction #1 until #4 this delegation didn't see more than a big decline in his statistics. After the 9th place on 1st edition they took part of the top 10 on Edition 2 - which would be the last time on top 10 (so far).
In ediction #5 Albania proved for all the delegations, that is very important don't stop working, and the growing is coming. After the worst result achieved on ediction 4 (17th), Albania "said goodmorning" to position 13.
We can considerate this ediction not a disaster but not a dream for Albania. Let's see how the Albanian delegation can do in next ediction.

Belgium - The country of the balads. On ediction #4 Belgium decided to give us the opportunity to hear for the first time or remember a classic song sang by Lara Fabien, who gave to this country the TOP 5 on first participation.
Delighted with the result, the Belgian delegation "offered" to us other opportunity to hear other balad - this time - Edition #5 - they choose the young and fragile girl - Birdy, who sang "Skinny Love". One more time, most delegations proved to be satisfied with the quality of music and eventually surrender: Result - 5th place for the 2nd time in a row!
So we can't classify this edition as a disaster, but as a dream. Two times in a row on top 5 with balads is phenomenal.

What do you think about these countries? Do you think the results have been fair?
