WSC: To start, how are you feeling about being the winner of Worldvision Song Contest?
Yohav: Je suis très heureux de cette première victoire. C'est une belle surprise! Thanks to all of you for your votes, even if you have not voted for Natasha ah ah! Canada is really happy to host the next contest. We're ready to show the best of our contry to the World. Venez vivre l'expérience canadienne avec nous!
WSC: How and why did you choose Je n'ai que mon âme to represent Canada at Luxembourg?
Yohav: I choose Je n'ai que mon âme because it's a powerful and so romantic ballad. Les paroles en français sont magnifiques et c'est une des plus belles chansons francophones.
WSC: And did you thought you could win?
Yohav: It was a good competition and I was excited to compete with Natasha St-Pier. Elle est la représentante du peuple acadien, un peuple qui a tellement souffert durant l'histoire. This victory is for acadian people from all over the World.
WSC: Which were your favorites?
Yohav: Mes favoris étaient la Pologne, le Luxembourg et l'Espagne...et évidemment, le Canada!
WSC: Finishing our little interview... have you already chosen the host city?
Yohav: 7 cities have decided to bid to host the next contest: Montréal (Québec), Québec (Québec), Calgary (Alberta), Vancouver (BC), Ottawa (Ontario), Edmonton (Alberta), Moncton (New Brunswick). Result in 2 or 3 days! Le choix sera difficile. To be continued/À suivre!
